摘    要:目的 研究肺炎衣原体和冠心病的关系。方法 在非冠心病 (NCHD)组、稳定型心绞痛 (SAP)组、不稳定心绞痛 (UAP)组和急性心肌梗死 (AMI)组 ,用血清学和PCR方法检测肺炎衣原体。结果 各组之间血清学无显著性差异。冠心病各组PCR阳性率显著高于NCHD组 ,UAP、AMI两组显著高于SAP组 ,UAP和AMI两组差异无显著性意义。结论 肺炎衣原体和形成冠心病的病因有关

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between Chlamydia pneumonia and coronary heart disease. Method All patients were divided into non coronary heart disease(NCHD)group,stable angina pectoris(SAP)group,unstable angina pectoris(UAP)group and acute mycardial infarction(AMI)group,and were measured with serology and PCR for Chlamydia pneumonia. Result No significant difference was found in seropositivity rate among every group.The positivity rates of PCR in every coronary heart disease group were higher than those in SAP group.The positivity rates of PCR in both UAP and AMI were higher than those in SAP group.There was no significant difference between the positivity rates of PCR in UAP and AMI group. Conclusion Chlamydia pneumonia is related to the formation of coronary heart disease and the stability of plaque.
