低密度脂蛋白在2型糖尿病患者降脂治疗中的变化

目的：研究氟伐他汀在合并高脂血症的糖尿病患者中的脂质调节作用。方法：在日本弘前大学附属医院收集糖尿病合并高脂血症患者28例，男女各14例，平均年龄为（58．2±6．0）岁。每晚服用20mg氟伐他汀，于用药前及用药后4、8、12周分别测定血浆中低密度脂蛋白浓度的动态变化。结果：血浆LDL水平在服药后的第8周（127±7mg／dl）和12周（130±12mg／dl）明显降低，第4周有降低的趋势但无统计学差异。结论：氟伐他汀可以改善血脂的状况，降低低密度脂蛋白水平，从而减少合并高脂血症糖尿病人患动脉硬化疾病的发生率。服用1个月后，LDL呈降低趋势，2个月后下降幅度基本稳定，且之后的下降幅度与服药时间长短无明显相关，为血脂监测时间及判断药物疗效提供依据。

Change of LDL level in type 2 diabetes mellitus with anti-hyperlipid treatment

Objective：To investigate the lipid-lowering effect of fluvastatin in type 2 diabetic patients.Methods：28 patients （14 men and 14 women, mean age=58.2） were selected from Hirosaki University Affiliated Hospital in Japan, who were taken 20mg of fluvastatin once daily at night for 12weeks.Plasma low-density lipoprotein was measured before and after giving fluvastatin at 4,8, 12weeks in these patients.Results：LDL levels were significantly reduced at 8weeks （127±7mg/dl） and 12weeks （130±12mg/dl）, and there was only a decreased tendency at 4weeks.Conclusion：Results showed fluvastatin can improve the plasma profile, decrease the level of LDL, which may reduce atherosclerosis in type 2 diabetic patients with hyperlipidemia.In addition, there showed a decreasing tendency in LDL level in patients administrated with fluvastatin in lmonth, and then keep a relative stable low level after 2months, no obvious decrease after then, which provide the evidence of time for monitoring change of LDL level and therapeutic effect of fluvas- tatin.
