永久心脏起搏器程控随访的临床研究与应用刘长纲

目的对心脏起搏器植入后程控随访的方法、意义以及注意事项等进行探讨与分析。方法对植入永久心脏起搏器的患者进行程控随访,主要参数与指标主要包括参数设置、参数优化、降低输出电压、酌情开启自动化功能以及其他所需要的相关功能等几个方面。同时,对患者使用心脏起搏器的内容以及意义等进行记录与总结。所有患者程控随访的时间为手术后1周内开始,按照手术后每3个月进行一次程控随访的频率进行。386例患者中,359例患者得到定期程控随访（随访率93％）为程控随访（A）组。程控随访时间最长9年,最短4个月。27例未进行程控随访（B）组。二组患者生活质量满意情况进行统计分析。结果A组随访后生活质量满意率为97％,B组为70％,二组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论永久心脏起搏器植入之后程控随访的过程必不可少,应该注意规范化与科学化,保证永久心脏起搏器植入后发挥良好的治疗效果。对永久心脏起搏器的程控随访意义重大,可以及时发现永久心脏起搏器在使用过程中功能异常,以较好的实现模仿生理性起搏,更好的实现简便操作和优化治疗的目标。

CLINICAL RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF PERMANENT CARDIAC PACING PROGRAM - CONTROLLED FOLLOW- UP

Objective To explore and analyze the method and significance and points for attention of permanent cardiac pacing program - controlled follow- up. Methods Program - controlled patients implanted with permanent pacemaker were followed up visit, main parameters and indexes included pa- rameter setting, parameter optimization, reducing the output voltage, as appropriate, to open several automatic functions and other required related functions. At the same time, patients with cardiac pace- maker contents and significance were recorded and summarized. Results the follow- up of permanent cardiac pacemaker programmed to major, it can be found in the process of using permanent cardiac pacemaker dysfunction in a timely manner, to achieve better mimic physiological pacing, simple opera- tion and optimization of treatment goals better. Conclusion The implantation of permanent cardiac pacemaker follow- up process control is essential, we should pay attention to the standardization and the scientific style, to ensure a good therapeutic effect of permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation after play.
