案例式教学在中医案例选析课程的应用与体会

摘    要:从教学内容、教学模式、考核评价、教师队伍建设及教学效果反馈等方面阐述案例式教学模式在中医专业临床课程中医案例选析中的具体应用,并对教学过程中的关键点进行讨论,旨在探索一种能够提高学生中医临床思维的有效教学方法。结果显示案例式教学提高了学生中医辨证思维、临床应诊能力和语言表达、团队协作精神,受到了学生的认可。而案例选择、考核评价方式、教师素质和教学反馈等方面是案例教学成功开展的关键。

Abstract:The application of case-type teaching in the course of TCM case analysis was discussed from the aspects of teaching content, teaching modes, assessment and evaluation, teachers' development and teaching efficiency feedback. Case-type teaching can cultivate TCM thought, clinical ability, language capability and team spirit in students. It is the key that case selection, methods of assessment and evaluation, and teacher' s quality and teaching feedback in practice of case-type teaching.
