摘    要:目的:为探讨鱼腥草、田基黄和板蓝根对机体中性粒细胞和单核细胞化学趋化和超氧化物的调整作用。方法:应用化学趋化试验和超氧化物产物测定方法。结果:鱼腥草、田基黄和板蓝根能显著增加两种细胞的超氧化物产物,预先与以上三种药物培养的中性粒细胞的化学趋化被明显抑制(化学趋化剂为甲酰肽和酵母多糖),但单核细胞的化学趋化无明显变化。结论:鱼腥草等中草药参与中性粒细胞的氧化反应(呼吸爆发),参与调节中性粒细胞的趋化作用、抗炎效应和杀菌功能。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of Herba Hottuyniae(HH),Herba Hyperici Japonici(HHJ)and Radix Isatidis(RI) on human peripheral blood neutrophil and monocyte chemotaxis and superoxide responses.Methods:Chemotactic test and assay of supperoxide were used.Results:HH,HHJ and RI increased the production of superoxide in both kinds of cells significantly.The chemotaxis of neutrophils cultivated with the above 3 herbs were significantly inhibited.Conclusions: HH,HHJ and RI were involved in the modulation of neutrophil oxidative burst response.It might play a regulating role in the chemotactic effect,anti-inflammatory response and microbicidal function of neutrophils.
