| Abstract: | The thesis introduces the basic principles, characteristics, and phase steps of PDCA cycle, and discusses the practical significance of using PDCA cycle toenhance the strategic management of hospital. Then, according to the analyses of all aspects of strategic management, the thesis focuses on the application of PDCA cycle in the strategic management system, and hopes that it has certain job reference value for the strategic management of the hospital. |
