| Abstract: | This paper provides the bacterial endotoxins test for the determination of bacterial endotoxins that may be present in the sodium cefoperazone injection. The method is validated by the confirmation of LAL reagent sensitivity and the inhibition or enhancement test, and the results shown that the method is suitable for the tested drug. |
