头孢噻肟钠与奥硝唑氯化钠注射液的配伍稳定性考察

目的考察头孢噻肟钠与奥硝唑氯化钠注射液的配伍稳定性。方法采用紫外分光光度法确定两者的最大吸收波长,并测定两药配伍后不同时间的含量及吸收曲线变化;用酸度计测定两药配伍后pH值并观察外观变化。结果奥硝唑在320nm,头孢噻肟钠在234.5nm处有最大吸收。混合液在4h内外观澄明,无沉淀产生;混合吸收曲线未发生改变,也未见其他吸收峰产生;含量、pH值均无明显变化。6h后两药含量测定结果略降低,8h后混合液紫外光谱发生改变。结论头孢噻肟钠与奥硝唑氯化钠注射液配伍后4h内稳定性较好,临床上两药配伍使用应在4h内完成。

Studies on compatible stability between cefotaxime sodium and ornidazole sodium chloride iniection

OBJECTIVE To study the compatible stability between cefotaxime sodium and ornidazole and sodium chloride injection.METHODS The contents and absorption curves of cefotaxime sodium and ornidazole sodium chloride injection after mix were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The pH of solution was assayed by pH meter,the appearance of mixture was observed.RESULTS The absorption peaks of cefotaxime sodium and ornidazole sodium chloride injection were at 234.5nm and 320nm,respectivety.There were no evident changes in appearance,pH,content,and absorption curves during 4 hour.The assay values for cefotaxime sodium and ornidazole 6h late were lower than 4h,the UV spectrum of the mixed solution changed obviously 8h late.CONCLUSION They were stable when cefotaxime sodium was compatible with ornidazole,suggesting cefotaxime sodium containing ornidazole should be used up within 4h.
