| 摘 要： | 用SP免疫组化方法检测79例脑胶质细胞瘤中P53蛋白的表达,总阳性率为21.52%.其中星形细胞瘤及室管膜瘤阳性率分别为26%及25%,且Ⅲ、Ⅳ级肿瘤阳性率及表达量均显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ级肿瘤.表明P53蛋白的表达与这两型肿瘤的恶性程度密切相关.但临床上恶性程度很高的髓母细胞瘤反而未见表达.

| Abstract: | The expression of P53 protein was investigated in 79 cases of brain gliomas with the SP immunohistochemical method. The total positive rate was 21. 52% , but the positive rate of astrocytomas and ependymomas was 26% and 25% respectively. The expression rate and content of P53 protein were significantly higher in grade III , IV tumors than in grade I , IIThe results indicated that the expression of P53 protein was closely related to malignant grade of astrocytomas and ependymomas, but the P53 protein was not expressed in medulloblastomas of very high malignancy. |
