中段输尿管结石的原位体外冲击波碎石

摘    要:目的 报告电磁式体外冲击波原位治疗中段输尿管结石疗效。方法 患者54例,结石直径为5-20mm,平均11mm。ESWL治疗时经侧腹部入路并采用工能量冲击技术。工作电压2-7档,发射次数每序列3000-5000次,治疗结果代入效率商公式测算。结果 碎石治疗3个月内无石率为96%,复震率30%,效率商74%。

Abstract:Objective To report the experience with in situ ESWL for patients with middle ureteral stones.HZMethods 52 patients suffering from stones with an average 11 mm (range 520 mm) in dimension were treated using modified Puigvert technique in prone position via the entry route of lateral abdomen.The patients received 3 0 005 0 00 shocks per session at the power setting ranged from 2 to 7. Results The stone free rate at 3 months was achieved in 96% patients retreatment was performed in 30% patients. The therapeutic results were calculated as efficiency quotient being 74%. No severe complications occured in all patients. Conclusions In situ ESWL for middle ureteral stone is safe and effective and may serve as the first line therapy.
