| 摘 要： | 目的：研究哮喘的发病机制，探讨哮喘儿童白细胞表面分化抗原CD21度CD40；的表达与血清IgE的相关性。方法：利用流式细胞分析技术检测儿童哮喘发作期厦缓解期外周血CD21CD40L的百分率．同时用免疫化学发光法检测血清IgE水平，并进行相关性分析。结果：哮喘发作组CD21、CD40L的百分率明显高于哮喘缓解组、肺炎组和正常组（P均〈O．01）；哮喘发作组IgE明显高于哮喘缓解组、肺炎组和正常组（P均〈D．01）；哮喘发作组CD21、CD40与IgE呈正相关。结论：CD21、CD40L的表达与血清IgE在哮喘的发病机制中发挥重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between expression of CD_(21) and CD_(40)L on peripheral B lymphocytes and serum IgE in asthmatic children.Methods CD_(21) and CD_(40)L expression on peripheral blood lymphocytes were measured with flow cytometry and serum IgE was determined with chemiluminescence immunoassay.The relationship between expression of CD_(21) and CD_(40)L on peripheral B lymphocytes and serum IgE in serum were analyzed.Results CD_(21) and CD_(40)L expression on lymphocytes was significantly elevated in peripheral blood and serum IgE in children with asthma as compared with those discovered asthma,pneumonia and health controls(P<0.01).The positive correlation between CD_(21),CD_(40)L and IgE was presented.Conclusion CD_(21) and CD_(40)L expression on B lymphocytes plays an important role in the pathogensis of asthma. |
