| 摘 要： | 目的：分析河南师大学生肺结核病预防控制效果。方法：对1983－1996年学生在校期间肺结核的发病采取监测管理登记。结果：只采取登记管理的1983－1983级学生发病率为11．18‰；对入校时结核菌素纯蛋衍生物（PPD）试验阴性接种卡介苗（BCG）的1989－1993级学生发病率为8．09‰。发病率以入校第2年为最高，患病学生多是那些PPD试验阳性且来自农村的学生。结论：对来自农村的且PPD试验呈阴性的学生进行预防用药是控制大学生肺结核发病率的有效办法。
