| 摘 要： | 目的观察特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)治疗前后血小板相关抗体的变化,以探讨其临床意义。方法观察ITP病人治疗前后血小板相关抗体的变化。结果10例ITP患者治疗后复查PA-IgG、IgM、IgA,其数值明显下降, 差异有显著性(分别为P<0.001、P<0.001和P<0.05)。结论观察偶联血小板治疗前后的血小板相关抗体的变化, 对于ITP的发病机制、诊断、疗效以及预后的判断均具有较重要的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the chinical significance on platelet associated antibodies in the patients with ITP before and after the treatment. Methods There are 20 patients with ITP. We observed the changes on PA-IgG,IgM,IgA after treatment of patients with ITP. Results After treatment the level of PAIgG,IgM,IgA were all significantly reduced (P <0. 001 ,P <0. 001 and P <0. 05 respectively). Conclusion The changes of PA-Ig,before and after treatment,had important clinical significances for pathogenesis,diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of ITP. |
