蒙医艾灸治疗膝骨性关节炎疼痛的疗效评价

目的：探讨药物、封闭和艾灸治疗膝骨性关节炎疼痛的疗效。方法：将112例患者按就诊顺序随机分为药物治疗组、局部封闭治疗组和艾灸治疗组进行治疗，各组治疗1个疗程后对比观察治疗效果。结果：药物治疗组44例患者，27例疼痛得到有效缓解；艾灸治疗组43例，38例有效；封闭治疗组25例，22例有效。其中艾灸治疗组、封闭治疗组的疗效较药物治疗显著（P〈0．05），而艾灸治疗组与封闭治疗组的疗效没有统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：艾灸治疗膝骨性关节炎疼痛的疗效满意且副作用少，值得推广应用。

Evaluate treatment of the pain of Knee Osteoarthritis with three ways

Objective： Discuss the therapeutic effects of the drugs, closed and moxlbustion for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods ：112 patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into drug treatment group、parfial clo- sure treatment group and moxibustion group randomly, and compared the treatment effect of each group after lcourse. Results ：Among 44 patients in the drug treatment group,27 patients get effective relief. Among 43 patients in moxibus- tion group, 38 patients eased. Among 25 patients in the partial closure treatment group, 22 patients eased, the thera- peutic effects of partial closure treatment group and moxibustion group,were higher than those of drug treatment group （P 〈0. 05） ,but the therapeutic effects between partial closure treatment group and moxibustion group is not statistical- ly significant（P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion ：the therapeutic effects of the moxibustion for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis are satisfied and with Less side effects, so it should be widely applied.
