| 摘 要： | 公立医院在西方各国的医疗保健和卫生服务体系的建立和发展中曾经发挥了巨大的作用,但依然存在一些严重的问题。该文简要介绍了国外五种医疗卫生体制中具有重要代表性的国家公立医院改革的主要措施,探讨了国外公立医院改革对中国公立医院改革的启示。

| Abstract: | Public hospitals have played great roles in medical care and health service system of western countries,but some serious problems still exist.This paper introduces five kinds of medical and health system which are important representatives of national public hospital reform,discusses the inspiration of public hospital reform abroad to public hospital reform in China. |
