| 摘 要： | 目的：分析云南省新平县傣族居民的生命质量并探讨生命质量的影响因素。方法：采用群抽样的方法,抽取云南省新平县的2个傣族自然村,通过自行设计的＂个人生活习惯调查表＂及SF-36对185个村民进行调查,采用多元逐步回归分析对可能的影响因素进行分析。结果：傣族居民生命质量测定的8个领域得分中躯体总分较高,而心理总分偏低,总的影响生命质量的因素为残疾、慢性病、经常熬夜等。结论：傣族居民生命质量与有残疾、有慢性病、经常熬夜等有关,可通过加强慢性病的预防与控制、促进改善其生活习惯等方面提高生命质量。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyzing quality of life and its influencing factors of the Dai people in Xinping county of Yunnan province.Methods According to the principles of cluster sampling,185 Dai villagers in 2 villages in Xinping county of Yunnan were investigated by self-designed personal habits questionnaire and SF-36 and possible influencing factors were analyzed by stepwise regression.Results Of the 8 domain scores of the SF-36,body score of the quality of life of Dai people was a little higher,while psychology score was relatively lower.10 factors affecting the quality of life were revealed including disabilities,chronic diseases,often staying up late,etc.Conclusion The low scores of quality of life of Dai people have something to do with disability,chronic diseases,etc.To strengthen prevention and control of chronic diseases,and to change their living habits can improve their quality of life. |
