某医科院校学生艾滋病KAP现况调查

目的：了解某医科院校学生艾滋病相关知识、态度和行为（KAP）,为进一步有针对性地开展艾滋病健康教育提供科学依据。方法：随机抽取三、四年级本科生及研究生共400名,采用自行设计的问卷进行现况调查。结果：总体上医学生对艾滋病的三大传播途径普遍知晓,但对三大传播途径具体细节问题的答对率相对较低;对艾滋病非传播途径和预防艾滋病具体方法的认识存在误区：认为＂昆虫叮咬＂、与HIV感染者＂共用浴池＂和＂共用坐式马桶＂会感染HIV的学生比例分别为47.8%、38.8%和36.3%;认为＂锻炼身体＂、＂吃保健品和营养品＂能预防艾滋病的学生比例分别为55.7%和20.1%;学生对HIV感染者普遍存有歧视;预防专业学生对艾滋病相关知识的知晓好于临床和卫生管理专业学生。结论：医学生对艾滋病相关知识的掌握不够全面深入,医科院校应结合学生未来职业的特殊性,充分利用其医学教育资源可及性好的特点,重视发挥各种资源优势,全面系统地向学生进行艾滋病相关知识的传授。

KAP survey on HIV/AIDS among students in a medical college

Objective To study the status of knowledge,attitude and behavior（KAP）about acquired AIDS among medical college students and to provide scientific evidence for further health education on AIDS.Methods Cluster sampling method was used to choose third-and fourth-year medical students and graduate students,using self-designed questionnaire AIDS KAP survey and data analysis.Results Generally,medical students knew clearly the three major routes of transmission of AIDS,but there was a low correct rate of specific details on the three major routes of transmission.There were misunderstanding of the non-transmission of HIV and AIDS prevention.The approximate ratios of thinking insect bites,sharing bath and toilet seat with HIV infection would be infected with HIV were 47.8%,38.8%,and 36.3%.The approximate ratio of thinking doing exercises,eating health care products and nutritional food can prevent AIDS were 55.7% and 20.1%.There was a general discrimination among students against HIV infection.Students majoring in prventive medicine had relatively better knowledge about AIDS than clinical students and health management students.Conclusion Medical students＇knowledge of AIDS is not satisfactory.Medical schools should consider the special nature of students＇future career and make full use of the good accessibility of their medical education resources,inform students of the related knowledge about AIDS comprehensively and systematically.
