| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨台江县2004-2009年肠道传染病流行情况,为制定防制对策提供依据。方法：采用描述流行病学方法对台江县2004-2009年肠道传染病疫情资料进行分析。结果：台江县2004-2009年共报告肠道传染病4种1 014例,年均发病率为111.85/10万。痢疾发病率最高（87.91/10万）,其次是伤寒副伤寒（18.86/10万）。5-10月为高发季节,占总病例数的61.14%。年龄以0～9岁为主,占总病例数的33.63%,其次是30～39岁和20～29岁,分别占17.95%和11.64%。男性发病率高于女性（χ2=84.82,P〈0.01）。职业以农民（50.49%）和学生（28.50%）为主。结论：肠道传染病虽呈逐年下降趋势,但仍是台江县疾病预防控制工作重点之一。
