| 摘 要： | 本文对鼠体肝内肝毛细线虫雌、雄成虫的组织结构,虫卵形态特征以及虫体和虫卵引起的肝脏病理变化作了较为详尽的描述,对了解该虫的习性及生活期,致病力及进行病理诊断均有所帮助。虫卵周围嗜酸性辐射状物质的出现,是一种抗原-抗体复合物的标志,提示有应用免疫学方法诊断肝毛细线虫病的可能性。

| Abstract: | The histological structures of both adult female and male Capillaria he pa-tica,the characteristic of ovum, and pathologic changes caused by ova and worms in liver of the rats were described in details. The results obtaind from the rat livers infected with Capillaria he patica in Hainan Island were very useful to diagnose the hepatic capillariasis by liver puncture, to judge the span of life of both the female and male worms, and to understand the pathogenicity to the host. The eosinophilic materials surrounded the ovum were detected in some ova deposited in the parenchymal tissue of the liver. It is suggested that using immunological method to diagnose the patients suffered from capillariasis will de done in furture |
