气虚证与肺癌临床病理特征的关系研究

目的 研究中医气虚证和肺癌患者的性别、病理类型、组织分化程度、TNM分期的关系.方法 根据中医虚证辨证标准,对110例患者进行辨证,将患者划分为有气虚及无气虚两组,然后用χ2检验和logistic回归方法分析患者气虚证与肺癌各项临床病理特征之间的关系.结果 气虚证和肺癌患者的性别、组织分化程度、TNM分期等有关;Logistic回归分析表明肺癌气虚证与组织分化程度、TNM分期独立相关.结论 中医气虚证和肺癌的生物学行为相关,晚期患者和组织分化程度差的患者易发生气虚证.

The Research on Relationship Between Qi-Deficiency Syndrome and Clinical and Pathological Features of Lung Cancer

Objective To investigate the relationship between Qi-deficiency syndrome of Traditional Chinese Medicine and patient's sex,pathological type,differentiation grade,TNM stage etc.Methods Based on the criterion of differential diagnosis of Traditional Chinese Medicine,110 patients with lung cancer were divided into two groups,Qi-deficiency syndrome group and non-Qi-deficiency group.Then we analyzed the relationship between Qi-deficiency syndrome and the clinical and pathological features of the lung cancer with Chi-square test and logistic regression.Results There was a close relationship between Qi-deficiency syndrome and the patiens' differentiation grade and TNM stage.And the logistic regression showed that differentiation grade and TNM stage related to the Qi-deficiency independently.Conclusions Qi-deficiency syndrome of Traditional Chinese Medicine relates to the biological features of lung cancer.The patients with advanced lung cancer and the patients with poor differentiation are prone to have Qi-deficiency syndrome.
