白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术并发症的临床分析

目的探讨白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术术中、术后并发症的发生原因及防治方法。方法回顾性分析了328例（351眼）白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术，分析其术中、术后并发症，并讨论发生原因及防治措施。结果术中发症：后囊破裂12眼（3．42％），撕囊失败8眼（2．28％）；术后并发症：角膜水肿35眼（9．97％），一过性眼压增高28眼（7．98％），后发障17眼（4．84％）。结论白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术成功的关键在于手术操作的熟练和规范，对常见并发症原因及表现有充分的认识，能有效地避免和／或正确的处理并发症。

Clinical analysis of the complications of cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation

Objective To discuss the reasons and methods of decreasing the operative and postoperative complications of cataract phacoeinulsification and intraocular lens implantation, Methods To analyse the operative complications and causes on 328 cases（351 eyes） and to research the prevention and treatinent of the complications. Results During the operations,there were rupture of posterior capsule in 12 eyes （3. 42% ） , defeated circular capsulorhexis in 8 eyes （2. 28 % ） , Postoperative complications ： corneal endothelial edema in 35 eyes （9.91% ） , increased ocular pressure in 28 eyes（7,98% ） , after - eataract 17 eyes（4.84% ）. Conclusion The key to the success for phacoeinulsificafion is the practices surgical methods and skill. Surgeons must know the reasons and symptoms of common complications well before the operation, It can be effectively prevented and treated.
