摘    要:多发性硬化是一种病因目前不十分清楚的中枢神经系统慢性炎症性、脱髓鞘疾病,其特征性表现是脱髓鞘,病灶内T细胞和巨噬细胞的浸润,进而导致轴索损害甚至神经功能的缺失.T细胞的异常迁徙被认为是多发性硬化发病过程中的重要事件,且此过程的发生发展与某些趋化因子及其受体关系十分密切.对趋化因子及其受体在中神经系统的深入研究不仅能够了解这些疾病的发病机制,也为治疗疾病提供了可靠的靶点.本文就趋化因子及其受体在多发性硬化发病过程中的作用,以及针对趋化因子受体靶向治疗的研究进展进行综述.

Abstract:Multiple sclerosis is a chronic inflammatory,demyelinating disorder of the CNS,but its pathogenesis is still poorly understood.Its characteristic performances are demyelination,abnormal infiltration of T cells and macrophage into lesions leading to axonal damage and even neurological defect.Abnormal migration of T cells in MS is considered as an important event in the pathogenesis and the development of this process,and some of the chemokines and their receptors are closely related with it.To study chemokine and its receptor in the CNS deeply can not only understand further the pathogenesis of these diseases,but also provide a reliable therapeutic targets.In this paper,the role of chemokines and their receptors in MS pathogenesis and targeted therapy are reviewed.
