玻璃化技术冷冻人类囊胚和单胚胎移植

摘    要:玻璃化冷冻技术简化了胚胎冷冻程序,提高了各个阶段胚胎的冷冻保存效果,尤其是对程序化冷冻效果差的囊胚的冷冻保存,是最具有前景的胚胎冷冻方法。囊胚移植和单胚胎移植被认为是提高种植率、降低多胎妊娠率的有效方法。本文就玻璃化冷冻的影响因素和囊胚玻璃化冷冻进展综述如下。

Abstract:Vitrification simplizes the procedure of embryo cryopreservation and improve the outcome of the cryopreserved embryos of different grades, especially for the blastocysts that have poor quality after slow cryopreservation. Vitrification is assumed to be a promising method to cryopreserve embryos. Single embryo transfer is the effective method which increases the pregnancy rate and eliminates multiple pregnancies. The aim of this article is to summarize the influential factors of vitrification and the advance in blastocyst vitrification.
