| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨外固定支架治疗儿童不稳定性骨盆骨折的临床效果。方法：2005年1月～2006年10月共收治4例儿童不稳定性骨盆骨折患者,骨盆骨折类型（Tiles分型）：B型3例,C型1例。经抗休克等处理待病情稳定后,于伤后4～7d行骨盆外固定支架治疗。结果：术后第3～5d,4例患儿的疼痛均有不同程度的减轻,能带支架部分负重。术后8～10周取除外固定支架。随访6～12个月。按照Cole等骨盆骨折效果评分表进行功能评价,4例均为优。结论：儿童不稳定性骨盆骨折选择适当的手术治疗方法,可取得良好的治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the possibility of external fixation in treatment of unstable pelvic fracture.Method:In the period of January 2005 to October 2006,4 cases of unstable pelvic fracture in children were treated with extemal fixation,the pelvic fracture were used according to the Tile classification.Tile B frature 3 cases,Tile C frature 1 case.Result:4 cases were carried with follow-up(rang from 6 to 12 months).According to Cole evaluation of the function,the functional outcomes were excellent in 4 cases.Conclusion:Treatment of unstable peluic frabtures in children with external fixator is a good method. |
