氧化镁和硝苯地平治疗高血压病疗效观察

目的 :探讨氧化镁 (MgO)、硝苯地平 (心痛定nifedipine ,Ni)单独治疗和联合治疗轻、中度高血压病的疗效。方法 :采用随机单盲平行对照方式 ,172例高血压病患者随机分为 3组 :MgO( 1.0g ,日 3次 ,5 9例 ) ;Ni( 10mg ,日 3次 ,5 7例 ) ;MgO +Ni(MgO 1.0g ,日 3次 ,Ni 10mg ,日 3次 ,5 6例 )。疗程 8周。结果 :Ni单独治疗或联用MgO治疗后均能显著降低血压 (P <0 .0 1) ,但两药联用治疗的总有效率 ( 91 1% )显著高于Ni单用 ( 68.4% ) ,P <0 .0 1;MgO组治疗后血压无明显降低 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,总有效率 5 1% ,显著低于Ni组及两药联用组 (P <0 .0 1)。MgO组和两药联用组治疗后血清胆固醇明显下降 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :MgO单独治疗无明显降压作用 ,但与Ni联用时可使后者降压作用明显增强

Efficacy of magnesium oxide and nifedipine in essential hypertension

Objective: To evaluate the antihypertensive effect of magnesium oxide given alone or in combination with nifedipine in patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension(EH).Methods: A single blind,randomised,controlled for 8 weeks.172 Adults with EH were divided into three groups:magnesium oxide(1.0 g tid,n=59),nifedipine(10 mg tid n=57) and combined treatment(magnesium oxide 1.0 g tid nifedipine 10 mg tid,n=56).Results: Nifedipine alone or in combination with magnesium oxide produced a significant reduction in systolic and diastolic blood pressure( P <0.01).The total effective rate in the magnesium oxide and nifedipine group was remarkably higher than that in nifedipine group(91.1% vs 68.4%, P <0.01).Magnesium oxide alone did not produce a significant reduction in systolic and diastolic blood pressure( P >0.05).The total effective rate(5.1%) in the magnesium oxide group was remarkably lower than that in nifedipine or in combination with magnesium oxide group( P <0.01).Magnesium oxide alone or simultaneously combination with nifedipine produced a significant reductiom in serum cholesterol concetration( P <0.05).Conclusion: magnesium oxide did not lowers arterial blood pressure in patients with EH.Magnesium oxide as well has an additionl antihypertensive effect when given along with nifedipine.
