| 摘 要： | 对２７例女性寻常痤疮患者及２５名正常女性血清性激素水平的测定与卵巢Ｂ超检查发现，痤疮组血清平均睾酮浓度与黄体生成素浓度显著高于对照组。痤疮组约５２％伴有多囊卵巢，与对照组之间有极显著差异。此项研究提示伴多囊卵巢的女性寻常痤疮属于一个特殊的痤疮亚型。

| Abstract: | Hormone levels and ovarian echographies were studied in twenty-seven patients with acne vugaris and twenty-five women without acne vulgaris.The concentrations of testosterone and luteinzins hormone were significantly higher in the acne group than in the controls.Polycystic ovaries were found in about 52% of women with acne and 8% of women without acne.This difference is very significant.The results of this study indicate that the patients with acne and polycystic ovaries may be a particular subgroup of acne. |
