体表呼吸肌肌电信号采集和分析

摘    要:介绍对婴儿呼吸肌(膈肌)的表面肌电信号的采集与分析,利用ECG表面电极获取混有ECG信号的婴儿呼吸肌肌电信号,通过信号处理技术,滤掉ECG的QRS波,以及P、T波的干扰,检测出呼吸肌的EMG信号,进而获得婴儿呼吸功能发展的准确的判断,临床实验显示,用呼吸肌的体表EMG信号监测呼吸的方法是可行的,而且比现有的仙方法更具实时,直接,该系统可望作为人体肺功能发展的新型监测方法。

Abstract:In this paper, we introduce the technique used to obtain the surface diaphragmatic EMG and monitor respirat ory activity. The signals are picked up from the ECG electrodes. By using an ECG masking system based on a digital processor, the dominant effect of the ECG (tha t is R-wave, P-wave and T-wave) was removed. Initial clinial measurements ind icate this EMG method is more direct and effective than others for monitoring r espiratory activity. It is hoped that this method can be used to monitor the dev elopment of respiratory function.
