| 摘 要： | 目的建立岩黄连片的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对岩黄连片进行定性鉴别;采用反相高效液相色谱法对岩黄连碱(脱氢卡维丁)进行含量测定。结果岩黄连碱进样量在0.106~2.12μg范围内,与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);平均加样回收率为100.83%(RSD=1.15%,n=5)。结论所建标准准确、可靠,可有效控制岩黄连片的质量。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To establish a guality standard for Corydalis saxicola Tablets. METHODS: TCL was adopted for qualitative identification of Corydalis saxicola Tablets. RP- HPLC was used to determine the content of Dehydrocavidine in the preparation. RESULTS: A good linearity relationship with the peak areas was exhibited ( r=0. 999 9) when the sample size of Dehydrocavidine was in the range of 0. 106～ 2. 12μ g. The average recovery of Dehydrocavidine was 100. 83% ( RSD=1. 15, n=5) . CONCLUSIONS: This standard is accurate and reliable, and can effectively control the quality of Corydalis saxicola Tablets. |
