| 摘 要： | 目的检测解脲脲原体(Uu)tetM基因,并与临床疗效进行综合分析.方法以多聚酶链反应(PCR)法检测tetM基因;用多西环素对患者进行治疗,并观察其疗效.结果 120株Uu分离株中,有32株Uu检测tetM基因阳性;tetM基因检测阳性患者及阴性患者用多西环素治疗的有效率分别为11.1%和100%.结论 tetM基因检测能较准确地反应Uu对四环素类的耐药性,且与临床疗效有很高相关性.

| Abstract: | Objective To detect the tetM gene of ureaplasma urealyticum and evaluate its clinical application. Methods The tetM gene were detected by PCR, and patients were treated with doxycycline. Results There were 32 Uu strains which were tetM gene positive among 120 Uu strains, and the effective rates of patients with positive and negative tetM gene treated with doxycyclin were 11.1% and 100% respectively. Conclusion Uu which carry the tetM gene might show tetracyclines resistance, and this appears to have close correlation with clinical therapeutic efficacy. |
