| 摘 要： | 目的观察卡维地洛联合洛汀新治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法按NYHA标准分级的慢性心力衰竭（CHF）患者76例随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用卡维地洛和洛汀新。结果治疗组总有效率（92.11%）,显著高于对照组（65.79%）,同时能显著改善治疗前后的心功能,且基本无毒副作用。结论采用卡维地洛联合洛汀新治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭疗效确切,值得在临床上推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect of carvedilol and Lotensin on congestive heart failure(CHF) patients.Methods Seventy-six CHF patients classified by NYHA were randomized into control group and treatment group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the treatment group was further treated with carvedilol and Lotensin.Results The total effective rate was 92.11% in treatment group and 65.79% in control group.The heart function was greatly improved yet nearly no toxic effects were noted in treatment group.Conclusion Carvedilol and Lotensin can treat chronic congestive heart failure effectively and should be widely used clinically. |
