重组人红细胞生成素对血液透析患者免疫功能的影响

摘要 目的：评估重组红细胞生成素对血透患者免疫功能的影响。 方法：利用流式细胞仪检测25例维持性血透患者EPO治疗前后3个月CD3、CD4、CD8、CD19、CD25、CD56变化，对照组未使用EPO患者10例.。 结果：治疗组ＥＰＯ治疗前后淋巴细胞亚群CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8、CD25、CD56有显著性差异（P<0.01），CD8、CD19无显著性差异（P>0.05）。 结论：重组红细胞生成素治疗可影响其免疫功能，主要提高细胞免疫功能，升高NK细胞活性，降低白介素 2受体亲和力，对体液免疫影响不大。

EFFECT OF RECOMBINANT HUMAN ERYTHROPOIETIN ON PERIPHERAL BLOOD IMMUNE FUNCTION IN HEMODIALYSIS PATIENTS

OBJECTIVE　To evaluate the effect and related mechanism of rh-EPO on immune functional parameters in hemodialysis patients.　METHODOLOGY　25 rh-EPO treated anemic patients on maintenance hemodialysis(treatment group), 10 patients without rh-EPO on maintenance hemodialysis(patient control group) were involved in this study.　RESULTS　 Levels of CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8 and CD56 among the treatment group were significantly increased(P<0.01) and levels of CD25 significantly decreased after treatment with rh-EPO (P<0.01).　CONCLUSION　rh-EPO treat ment in hemodialysis patients exerts its effect on immune function. rh-EPO treatment improves mainly cellular immune function, and increases NK cell activity, and decreases affinity of interleukin-2 receptor. Humoral immunity function has little effect.
