摘    要:目的 探讨事件相关电位检测结合学习障碍筛查量表对癫痫患儿认知功能评估的价值.方法 采用脑电图(EEG)检查结合事件相关电位(ERPP300)检测及学习障碍筛查量表(PRS)测评对60例癫痫患儿(A组:病程>3年、发作次数> 10次/年,共39例;B组:病程<3年、发作次数<10次/年,共21例);30例正常对照组儿童进行检测分析.结果 ①60例癫痫患儿脑电图异常53例(88.3%),其中癫痫样放电49例,占92.5% (49/53).②癫痫组P300潜伏期较对照组延长(P<0.05);癫痫组学习障碍筛查量表总分、言语得分及非言语得分均低于对照组(P<0.05).③A组患儿P300潜伏期长于B组(P<0.05),PRS量表测评得分均A组小于B组(P<0.05)结论 癫痫儿童存在认知缺陷及学习障碍;P300检测结合PRS测评可作为客观评价指标.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the evaluation of event - related potentials combined with pupil rating scale revised screening for assessment of cognitive function in children with epilepsy. Methods 60 cases of children with epilepsy were evaluated with electroencephalogram (EEG) examination combined with event - related potentials (ERP P300) testing and Pupil Rating Scale Revised Screening (PRS) ( Group A: duration greater than three years,the number of episodes 〉 10 times/year, a total of 39 cases . Group B: duration of less than three years, the number of episodes of 〈 10 times/year, a total of 21 cases ). Results ①53 cases showed abnormal EEG in 60 epileptic children (88.3%) ,which epileptiforrn discharges in 49 cases, account- ing for 92.5% (49/53) . ②Compared with the control group, P300 latency prolonged in epilepsy group (P 〈 0.05). learning disabilities screening scale scores, verbal and non - werbal scores scores in epilepsy group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05 ). ③P300 latency in A group was longer than that in group B ( P 〈 0.05 ). PRS Assessment Scale scores in group A were lower than that in group B ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Cognitive defects and learning disabilities exist in children with epilepsy. P300 de- tection combined PRS Evaluation can be used as an objective evaluation index for cognitive function in epilepy children.
