中心静脉导管相关性感染的分析及预防

目的:探讨引起中心静脉导管相关性感染的因素、菌群分布及预防对策。方法:对本院2003年1月~2005年10月620例住院患者的中心静脉留置导管进行菌种分离鉴定及统计分析。结果:本组总体相关性感染率约25%,留置导管2周以上的感染率明显升高,常见病原体为葡萄球菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、洋葱伯克霍尔德菌及念珠菌等。结论:中心静脉导管相关感染的病原体主要为源于体表的正常菌群,严格的无菌操作、缩短置管时间及合理使用抗生素对防止导管相关性感染具有重要意义。

Analysis and prevention of central venous catheter -related infection

Objective:To analyze the ingredient of the indwelling catheter,the distribution of the microbial population and the preventionalstrategy,of which caused by central venous catheter(CVC)-correlated infection.Methods:The abstraction and identification of the strain and statistud analysis of 620 cases.Results:The rate of infection in total dependabilility was about 25%,which increasing obviously in who detained for 2 weeksabove.The common infectious pathogens were staphlococci,aboumanii,burkholderia cepacia and candida ect.Conclusion: The infectious pathogens of CVC-correlated infection was mainly the normal flora rooting from the body surface.Rigorous sterile operation,shortening the time of the indwelling catheter and rationally taking use of antibiotics were all of great clinical significance fou preventing catheter-correlated infection.
