早期康复护理对针灸治疗周围性面瘫的临床影响分析

目的：探讨早期康复护理对针灸治疗周围性面瘫的影响。方法：选取该院120例周围性面瘫患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组、观察组各60例，对两组患者的总有效率、痊愈时间、治疗前及治疗 Portmann 评分进行比较。结果：观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组，痊愈时间短于对照组，治疗后1～3 w 的 Portmann 评分优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论：早期康复护理可改善针灸治疗周围性面瘫患者的综合疗效。

clinical effect of early rehabilitation nursing on acupuncture in treatment of peripheral facial paralysis

Objective:To explore a different recurrence after the treatment of eosinophilic granuloma of bone.Method:26 cases were treated in the hosp-tial,including 15 male and 11 female.Their age were from 3 years to 75 years.The locations were skull(6),femur(2),spine(5),carpal bones(2),rib(3), humerus(2),clavic(2),pevlic(3),fibula(1).Result:26 cases were diagnosised as eosinophilic granuloma of bone by biopsy.The follow -up time was from 6 month to 8 years.24 patienents were recover fully and had no recurrent or complication.The rest ones were in adult group and need radiotherapy when the dis-ease were replase after sugery produce.Conclusion:there is low recurrent rate of eosinophilic granuloma of bone in the patienent with immature bone.
