| 摘 要： | 目的:评价运用护理干预辅以药物治疗处理卡介苗混合伤寒疫苗误种皮下效果分析 ,以期为预防接种事故处理提供参考.方法:及时告知家长疫苗误种不良反应和处理措施 ,消除家长恐惧心理 ,对儿童及时局部封闭和药物治疗.结论:及时处理避免发生脓肿或溃疡 ,护理干预可以显著降低不良反应发生 ,化解家长与医务人员对立情绪 ,消除预防接种工作不良影响具有明显的社会效益 ,值得推广运用.

| Abstract: | Objective :to evaluate the BCG vaccine mixed by nursing intervention with drug treatment of typhoid vaccine by subcutaneous effect anal-ysis ,so as to provide reference for vaccination incident handling .Methods :inform parents mistakenly adverse reactions and treatment measures ,elimi-nate parents fear ,timely local closed and drug treatment for children .Conclusion:nursing intervention can significantly reduce adverse reaction ,dis-solve the parents and the medical staff antagonism ,eliminate the vaccination work effects has the obvious social benefits . |
