集束化护理方案对呼吸机相关性肺炎患者的生活质量的影响

摘    要:目的:研究集束化护理方案对呼吸机相关性肺炎患者的生活质量的影响.方法:选择我院呼吸内科2014年7月~2015年4月接收的被确诊为呼吸机相关性肺炎的104位患者 ,依照随机原则将其分为两组即对照组与观察组 ,每组52例.其中对对照组患者使用常规护理方案进行干预 ,此外观察组患者则接受集束化护理方案 ,对两组患者均采取精心护理干预.对两组患者的住院时间、机械通气时间、祛痰效果以及病死率等指标进行比较观察.结果:对照组患者的住院时间以及机械通气时间均明显多于观察组 ,差异具有统计学意(P< 0.05);观察组祛痰效果显著 ,病死率低于对照组 ,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:采用集束化护理措施能够明显降低呼吸机相关性肺炎患者机械通气时间和住院时间 ,改善祛痰效果 ,提高患者对护理的满意程度 ,临床上值得继续推广.

Study of the effect of cluster nursing intervention on the patients with ventilator -associated pneumonia
Abstract:Objective :To explore the effect of cluster nursing intervention on the patients with ventilator -associated pneumonia .Methods :104 cases of associated ventilator pneumonia patients from July 2014 to April 2015 in Deparment of Respiratory Medicine of our hospital were selected as the re-search obeject ,all of them were randomly divided into control group and study group ,the control group received usual care ,the study group received cluster of nursing intervention ,compared the duration of mechanical ventilation of patients and hospital stay and death rate between two groups .Re-sults :The length of stay and duration of mechanical ventilation of patients in control group was significantly longer than the syudy group ,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0 .05) .Compared with the control group ,the expectorant of study group was more effective , the study group owned the lower mortality ,the difference was statistically significant (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion:The implementation of the cluster of nursing interventions can significantly shorten hospital stay and duration of mechanical ventilation of ventilator -associated pneumonia ,promote ex-pectorant effect ,and improve the satisfaction of the quality of medical care and patient care services ,worthy of promotion .
