早期胃癌通过外科病理检查与胃镜活检诊断的效果观察

目的：探讨早期胃癌通过外科病理检查与胃镜活检诊断的效果。方法：研究对象为我院在2014年9月至2015年9月期间收治的80例早期胃癌患者，分为对照组和观察组各40例，其中对照组运用外科病理检查，观察组运用胃镜活检，分析两种诊断手段的准确性。结果：在确诊率上，观察组为85％明显高于对照组52．5％（P ＜0．05）。结论：在早期胃癌诊断上，胃镜活检比外科病理检查具有更准确的诊断效果，适用于广泛推广。

Early gastric cancer by endoscopic biopsy and surgical pathology diagnosis of Efficacy

objective:to study the diagnosis of liver biopsy pathology in the value of liver disease diagnosis and treatment.Selection methods:from January2013 to January 2013 in our hospital for a liver biopsy puncture pathologic examination of 42 patients with liver disease as the research object,in patients withpuncture before inspection,such as blood routine,platelet observe the results of the pathological diagnosis.Results:42 cases of liver in patients with clinical diagnosisand pathological diagnosis coincidence rate is 97.62%,has the obvious difference between clinical diagnosis and pathological diagnosis,P <0.05,with statisticalsignificance.Conclusion:liver biopsy pathology diagnosis is an effective standard for diagnosis of liver disease,can make clear to cannot be determined inthe clinical diagnosis of patients with the diagnosis,the diagnosis method is worthy of popularization and application.
