| 摘 要： | 目的:了解姜黄挥发油对痤疮丙酸杆菌的抑制作用,选出新的天然抗痤疮丙酸杆菌药物。方法:采用药物成分钢杯法抑菌实验来验证其效果。结果:痤疮丙酸杆菌对姜黄挥发油中等敏感,强于公认的抗厌氧菌感染药物甲硝唑。结论:姜黄挥发油具有较好的抑制痤疮丙酸杆菌的作用,为临床治疗痤疮提供了一个新的选择。 |

| Abstract: | Objective In order to look for the natural anti-propionibacterium acne(P.acne) drugs,we have investigated the anti-propionibacterium acne effect of volatilizable oil made from curcuma longa. l. Method we have done experimental results of drug components restraining bacteria by steel-cup method to testify its effects Result P.cane is mid-sensitive to volatilizable oil made from curcuma longa.L. The effect is better than that of metronidazole. Conclusion The volatilizable oil of curcuma restrains the P.acne effectively. Our research work offers a new choice for clinical therapy of acne with Chinese medicine. |
