微粒化非诺贝特治疗高脂血症的临床疗效与安全性

目的 :观察微粒化非诺贝特治疗高脂血症的疗效和安全性。方法 :采用前后比较的方法观察微粒化非诺贝特 2 0 0mg ,1次 /日 ,12周和 2 0 0mg隔日晚口服一次 12周 ,总疗程 2 4周治疗 82例高脂血症患者的调脂疗效和安全性。结果 :治疗 12周末 ,患者的总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇均有显著降低 ,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著升高。自第 13周开始隔日晚口服 2 0 0mg至2 4周末时仍能维持 12周末时的血脂水平。结论 :微粒化非诺贝特具有全面的调脂作用 ,且隔日一次口服 2 0 0mg12周仍能维持调脂作用。治疗中未见严重的不良反应 ,耐受性良好

Effect and Saffy of Micronised Fenofibrate on Treatment in Patients with Hyperlipemia

Objective: To obeserve the clinical effect and safty of micronised fenofibrate in patients with hyperlipemia.Method: Compared the effect and safty of micronised fenofibrate for 82 patients with hyperlipemia before and after treatment.Each patient was administrated micronised fenofibrate 200 micrograms(mg) every night for 12 weeks,and than 200 mg every other night for another 12 weeks.The total period was 24 weeks.Results: When the patients were administrated micronised fenofibrate(200 mg) for 12 weeks,the total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotin cholestrl obvious decreased.There were also obvious increasments of high density lipoprotein.It can maintain the level of lipemia when all patients were administrated micronised fenofibrate 200 mg every other night for another 12 weeks.Conclusion: Micronised fenofibrate can regular the level of lipemia integrally and it also can maintain its effect with 200 mg every other night for 12 weeks.No servere side effect happened and all the patients tolerated well.
