创伤性骨折患者血清EGF含量变化的临床观察

目的：探讨骨折患者血清表皮生长因子（EGF）含量变化的临床意义。方法：对70例骨折患者及30例健康查体者血清EGF含量进行测定。按年龄分为：40岁以下、40岁以上两组；按男女性别分两组；分别进行统计学分析。结果：骨折患者血清EGF含量明显高于正常对照组；40岁以下组血清EGF含量明显高于40岁以上组；男女患者之间，血清EGF含量比较差异无显著性。结论：血清EGF含量变化与骨折愈合有关。

Observations on Changes of Serum Epidermal Growth Factor Levels in Patients with Fracture

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of changes of serum epidermal growth factor(EGF) levels in patients with fracture.Methods Serum EGF levels were detemined with RIA in 70 patients with fracture and 30 controls.Results Serum EGF levels were significantly higher in patients with fracture than those in the controls.Among the Patients,serum EGF levels were significantly higher in subjects under 40 years(n=33) than those in patients over 40 years(n=37).There were no statistical differences between EGF levels in male(n=44) and female patients(n=26).Conclusion The levels of serum EGF levels might be closely related to the potential capability of fracture healing(better in younger subjects).
