氯米帕明治疗精神病患者100例

氯米帕明治疗各类精神病100例,显效51％,有效77％。其中以情绪抑郁、强迫行为、消极言行、焦虑紧张、强迫观念症状效果较好。对抑郁症,强迫症、恐怖症、焦虑症等疾病为治疗适应证。治疗量在150-200mg/d,有效病例见效时间为2wk(周)左右。副反应较轻,防止突然停药而发生戒断症状。长期服用无特殊副反应,但心血管方面的副反应应引起重视。

Therapeutic evaluation of ciomipramine in 100 psychiatric patients

100 cases of psychiatric patients took imported clomipramine, among them 51 cases had good response while 77 cases some definite improvements. Good results usually could be expected in those patients with symptoms of depression, obsessive behavior, downhearted statements and actions, anxiety and obsessive idea, depression, obsession, phobia and anxiety in dominance.They could be considered to be suitable for therapy with daily dose 150-200mg.Effectiveness as a rule obtained within two weeks or so. Side effects rarely ocurred. Attention, however should be paid to those with cardiovascular troubles. Abstinence syndromes took place whenever the medication suddenly suspended. No particular reactions noticed through the course of treatment even for a long duration.
