| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心电监护仪在临床使用中存在的问题及如何解决。方法通过成立心电监护技术培训考核基地,对我院150名护士进行培训,观察护士在使用心电监护仪时存在的问题,通过分析问题,帮助护士正确使用心电监护仪。结果培训前后相比,护士的理论成绩和操作成绩都得到了明显的提高,差异有统计学意义（t分别为5．64,12．74;X^2分别为19．16,25．28;P〈0．05）。结论临床科室应及时发现护理人员在实际使用心电监护仪中存在的问题,进行针对性的培训,不断提高护士的专业水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the problems in using ECG monitor and find the countermeasures.Methods 150 nurses were trained by establishing technical training and assessing base of ECG. Observe current problems in nurses during the use of ECG monitor; analyze the problems and help nurses use the ECG monitor correctly. Results The theoretical and practice scores of 150 nurses have obviously increased after training, and the difference was statistically significant ( t = 5. 64, 12. 74, x2 = 19. 16,25.28; P ＜ 0. 05 ).Conclusions Clinical department should find the problems in using ECG monitor timely and teach them to enhance the professional level of nurses. |
