| 摘 要： | 目的 观察补阳还五汤加减治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法 以补阳还五汤为基础组方，配合水蛭、田三七等中药粉剂治疗高脂血症35例，设常规治疗组30例对照，观察血脂、血液流变学变化情况。结果 治疗组总有效率94．29％。明显高于对照组80．00％（P〈0．05）。血脂、血液流变学的改善，治疗组也明显优于对照组（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论 补阳还五汤加减对高脂血症确有一定的临床治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical cura tive effect of ;ous-minus treatment of the invigorating yang decoction for recuperation,used to treat high-hyperlipemia.Methods Mixing decoction invigorating yang for recuperation with other TCD powders,such as bloodsucker and panax pseudo-ginseng,etc.using this admixture treat 35 cases with high-hyperlipemia,and using general therapy to treat 30cases too.Results The actovoty ratio of the therapy group is 94.29%,and that of the control group is 80.00%.The therapy group is better than the control group(p<0.05 or p<0.01).Conclusion The invigorating yang decoction for recuperation can be used to treat high-hyperlipemia. |
