| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨机械通气期间气道护理的有效措施 ,确保机械通气的治疗效果。方法 回顾性分析、总结 3 4例机械通气治疗病人气道护理的临床资料。结果 3 4例病人顺利脱机 ,渡过病危期 ,缩短了病程。结论 严格有效地气道护理是确保机械通气治疗效果 ,顺利脱机 ,减少并发症的关键。

| Abstract: | Objectives To explore the effective measure of airway nursing during the mechanical ventilates, ensuring the therapeutic efficacy of machinery ventilates. Methods A retrospective analysis was made in 54 patients treated with mechanical ventilation. Results 54 patients disengaged from ventilator smoothly, passed apogee successfully, and the course of disease have been shortened. Conclusions Strict and effective airway nursing is key to ensure therapeutic efficacy of machinery ventilates treatment, disengage from ventilator smoothly and reduce complication. |
