| 摘 要： | 214例斑秃患者作为实验组,施以协同药物处方加上心理疏导治疗,与40例来自同一门诊斑秃组成对照组;性别、年龄、病程等与实验组有可比性,但仅施以协同药物处方治疗。一个疗程(三个月)后,两组相比,前者痊愈率及总有效率均显著高于后者,甲皱微循环改善情况亦呈同样趋势、表明心理治疗与药物治疗合用对斑秃近期疗效优于单纯药物治疗。

| Abstract: | :214 alopecia areata (grouP A) were treated with a uniform medication andpsychotherapy,compared with 40 alopecia areata (group B) who were matched in sex,age andillness course but only treated with the uniform medication.The assessment of treatment out-come by the degree of new hair re-growth and nail fold microcirculation showed that the rateof recovery and total rate of improvement in group A were significatly higher than that ingroup B after a complete three-month treatment course.Combination of medication andpsychotherapy was proved much benefit than that only medication in the treatment toalopecia areata. |
