| 摘 要： | 目的建立HPLC测定理气逍遥丸橙皮苷的含量。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱（4．6mm×150mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-0．2％磷酸溶液（20：80），流速为1．0mL·min^-1，检测波长284nm。结果橙皮苷进样量在0．392-1．176μg之间与积分值呈良好的线性关系，回归方程：Y=1．64×107X＋6．83×10^3（r=0．9998），平均回收率为100．12％，RSD为0．87％。结论本法操作简便、准确，重现性好，可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish an HPLC method to determine the contents of hesperidin in Liqixiaoyao pills.Methods Kromasil column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) was used,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid solution(20∶80)with flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,and detection wavelength was at 284 nm.Results Hesperidin presented a good linearity within the range of 0.392～1.176 μg·mL-1,,the mean recovery was 100.12% with RSD of 0.87%(n=6).Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,repeatable and suitable for the determination of Hesperidin in Liqixiaoyao pills. |
