摘    要:目的分析连续两年补充复合微量营养素后对6~12岁学龄儿童的生长发育、智力和营养状况影响。方法以农村小学的社会背景、经济状况、教育条件及升学水平基本相似为前提,在湖北省浠水县6个乡镇分别抽取6所农村小学分为实验组和对照组。在实验组补充微量营养素的前(2004年)、中(2005年)和后期(2006年)对实验组和对照组学龄儿童的生长发育、营养状况及智力发育的状况和变化进行分析比较。结果实验组儿童的身高和体重的增长幅度大于对照组。两年后实验组儿童身高均值增长了12.9cm,对照组增长了11.5cm;实验组体重均值增长了6.6kg,对照组仅增长了5.2kg;实验组女童骨密度由2004年0.236g/cm2增加到2006年的0.280g/cm2。实验组四个年龄段儿童的血红蛋白平均值在补充后都明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。且贫血患病率两年下降了25.8%,对照组下降了7.2%。另外结果显示,补充微量营养素对改善实验组智力发育也有一定的效果。结论连续两年补充复合微量营养素可以促进农村学龄儿童的生长发育、骨骼及智力发育。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of complex nutrients on growth and development, intelligence and nutrition state of 6-12 years old children in two continuous years. Methods According to the rural school* s similar condition, such as social economical statement, education condition and proportion of students entering schools, 6 rural schools were respectively selected in Xishui County of Hubei Province as the experimental group and control group. In the former, middle and later periods (2004, 2005, 2006), growth and development, nutrition state and intelligence were analyzed and compared. Results The increase of height and weight in experimental group were higher than those of the control group. In 2 years, height in experimental group increased 12.9 cm, while the control group increased 11.5cm. Weights increased in experimental group were 6.6kg, while the control group increased 5.2kg. Girl' s bone density in experimental group increased from 0.236g/cm in 2004 to 0.280g/cm in 2006. The hemoglobin contents of 4 age group' s children in experimental group increased significantly ( P < 0.05 ) . While the anemia prevalence decreased 25.8 % in 2years, the control group decreased 7.2% . Moreover, other results showed that the complex nutrients also have some effect on the intelligence in experiment group. Conclusions The complex nutrients supplement could improve the rural school children' s growth and development, bone and intelligence.
