75例特重度烧伤患者早期院外转运的安全管理

目的 探讨护理协调配合,保障特重度烧伤患者早期院外转运的安全.方法 从围转运期的环节入手,通过对转运患者不安全因素进行预防性评估,实施规范护理流程,采取切实有效的措施,关注护理风险点,强调护理信息书面交接.结果 2005～2010年接诊转运特重度烧伤患者75例,顺利完成转运,患者及家属满意.结论 院外急救转运作为抢救特重度烧伤早期患者的重要环节,给予专业、连续、优质的护理配合,可保障患者生命安全.

Practice and experience of safe transportation outside hospital for 75 patients with severe burns
