一种恶性梗阻性黄疸介入治疗的新方法—经皮肝穿刺胆道内射频消融内支架置入术

目的探讨介入治疗恶性梗阻性黄疸的新方法:经皮肝穿刺胆道射频消融内支架置入术的临床经验。方法经临床筛选2例晚期恶性梗阻性黄疸患者,其中肝门部胆管癌1例,胰头癌1例。采用经皮肝穿刺胆道内肿瘤射频消融,然后置入相匹配的金属内支架。结果 2例患者均完成手术,血清总胆红素明显下降,其中一例CA-199降至正常,临床症状显著改善。结论经皮肝穿刺胆道内射频消融内支架置入术率先在国内开展,是一种安全可行的新的手术方式。相对于传统的介入治疗方式,射频消融能减少操作时肿瘤的出血,进一步阻止肿瘤的局部增长,从而延长内支架的通畅期和患者的存活期,改善患者生存质量。

Percutaneous transhepatic biliary radiofrequerncy and endoprothesis: a new therapy for malignant biliary obstruction
