| 摘 要： | 目的探讨自体外周血抽提单核细胞宫腔灌注联合冻融胚胎移植治疗反复着床失败的可能性。方法采用单核细胞经HCG培养48 h后与新鲜抽提单核细胞共同宫腔灌注并联合冻融胚胎移植治疗3例反复着床失败患者,并进行文献复习。结果 3例患者进行上述治疗后均获得妊娠并顺利分娩活产儿,母婴追踪至今未见明显异常。结论外周血单核细胞宫腔灌注联合冻融胚胎移植可试用于反复着床失败患者。
